You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Harmful or offensive content: Posting, uploading, or transmitting content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with the Church, its leadership, or its ministry.
• Spam and solicitation: Sending unsolicited communications, advertising, or promotional material through any feature of the Site including contact forms and prayer request forms.
• Malicious activity: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site.
• Misuse of ministry resources: Using prayer request forms, contact forms, or membership features for any purpose other than genuine ministry engagement.
• Intellectual property violation: Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any ebook, sermon, audio, or video content without prior written permission from the Church.
• Commercial exploitation: Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any content or resources made available through the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove access to any user who violates these acceptable use provisions, without prior notice.

Exousia Mountain Church offers both free and paid digital ebooks through this Site. By purchasing or downloading an ebook, you agree to the following terms:

All giving through this Site — tithes, offerings, and special donations — is processed by Flutterwave. By making a gift, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised holder of the payment method being used.
• The gift is made voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You understand that gifts to the Church are non-refundable.
• Monthly pledge reminders are informational only — you are under no legal obligation to fulfil a pledge.
• You will receive a confirmation email for your records. The Church does not issue tax receipts unless required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

Membership at Exousia Mountain Church is a voluntary, intentional commitment to the faith community. By submitting a membership application, you agree to the following:

• Truthfulness: All information submitted in your membership application is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information may result in rejection of your application or termination of membership.
• Community conduct: As a member, you are expected to engage with the community respectfully and in accordance with the values of the Church — prayer, the Word, and a call to serve. Conduct deemed harmful to the community or contrary to biblical values may result in removal from the directory.
• No guarantee of acceptance: Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. The leadership team reviews all applications and will be in touch within seven days. The final decision rests with the Church leadership.
• Directory participation: Approved members are listed in the public member directory. Your name, location, and involvement area may be visible to other visitors of the Site. You may request removal from the directory by contacting us.
• Household placement: Every member is placed in either the House of Michelle or the House of Sarah. This placement is a pastoral assignment and is subject to review by the house mothers and leadership.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to sermon recordings, ebook texts, written prayers, devotionals, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Site design itself — is the property of Exousia Mountain Church or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted permission to share links to content on this Site, and to print or save a single copy of any ebook you have legitimately downloaded for your own personal use. Beyond this, no content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any commercial context without written permission from the Church.

By submitting content to the Site (such as gallery photos), you grant the Church a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and the ministry of the Church.

Authentication on this Site is provided exclusively via Google OAuth. By signing in with your Google account, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You may not share your account access with any other person.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exousia Mountain Church disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Exousia Mountain Church, its leadership, ministers, employees, or volunteers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site, including ebooks and sermon material.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or GHS 100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
